During registration, I DID NOT opt into to the ACTIVE Refund feature. I'd like a refund. What do I do?
Answer: The Cancellation Policy of Vuelta Puerto Rico states:
♦ Non-transferrable
♦ Non-refundable
♦ Non-deferrable
♦ No Exceptions
We are sorry you will not be able to make it to the next edition, we look forward to having you in the future.
Question 2.
During registration, I DID opt into to the ACTIVE Refund feature. I'd like a refund. What do I do?
Answer: Have your Reference ID handy from your ACTIVE Refund Purchase Information email.
♦ Your eligible refund amount is noted on your ACTIVE Refund Purchase Information email.
♦ This amount is the total paid less any processing fees and the ACTIVE refund purchase cost.
♦ If you are on a payment plan, only the completed installments are eligible for a refund.
♦ The purchase of ACTIVE Refund is final and is non-transferrable to other events or participants.
♦ Refunds will be received within 5-7 business days.
♦ Refunds are ONLY managed by ACTIVE.com, Vuelta Puerto Rico does not give refunds.

Changes to registration - Until January 15
Question 1.
How do I make changes to my registration? For example, change jersey size, add the San Juan City Bike Tour, add bike rental, add a significant to our Family & Friends Shuttle, change email, change address, etc.
Answer: When you signed up you received from ACTIVE.com a registration confirmation (REGISTRATION ID).
